About this course
This programme prepares experienced project professionals for the current PMP examination. Rather than memorising terminology, you learn how to read and reason through PMP situational questions — identifying the real issue, applying sound project-management judgement and selecting the best next action. Content is aligned with PMI's current PMP Examination Content Outline and the PMBOK® Guide – Eighth Edition, and covers predictive, agile/adaptive and hybrid ways of working (roughly 40% predictive and 60% agile/adaptive and hybrid across the material). Every participant also receives access to 1,000+ original PMP-style practice questions with answers and explanations.
